Prior to bringing your new family member home, contact our leasing office to obtain the proper documents and obtain written approval to make your four-legged friend a legal member of your family.
Just like you, your pet is required to pay rent. Pet rent is as follows for the prince or princess in your life:
$35 per cat
$50 per dog
2 cats: $70 per month
1 cat & 1 dog: $85 per month
