Prior to welcoming your new furry friend, please contact our leasing office to obtain the proper documents and written approval that makes your four-legged friend a legal member of your family.
Just like you, your pet is required to pay rent. Pet rent is as follows:
$35 per cat
$50 per dog
2 cats: $70 per month
1 cat & 1 dog: $85 per month
